Lessons, Hire, Trips, Courses and Adventures

  • On the occasion of thunder and lightening forecast, strong river flow or strong winds, or if we fail to meet the minimum numbers to run the service, we may have to reschedule or cancel your activity.

  • We will always try and do this 48 hours in advance, with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

  • For our multi-day adventure weekends, we need to be flexible and adaptable in case of adverse weather. We will strive to stick to our itinerary, however we may need to make alterations depending on weather conditions, which may mean changes to a planned activity to an alternative. No refunds will be offered for changes to the itinerary.

  • If we have to cancel your booking, we will rearrange it to a future date, or offer a credit note valid for 12 months.

  • If the weather or river conditions on the day aren’t as you hoped but the service is still taking place because the Paddle Cabin deem it safe to run, you will not be eligible for a refund.
