Returns
Goods can be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a full refund, with the carriage costs paid for by the customer. If a product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@paddlecabin.co.uk and we can resolve this for you.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
Refunds and exchanges
We will let you know once we have received your item and then process your refund or exchange the item. If a refund is required, we will refund you to the card you used for payment.
